Lee has worked alongside the H&Y Construction team for many years and we are excited to continue this relationship with his new company, Highland Property Management. Highland Property Management Core Services

Conduct routine inspections of all critical home systems - HVAC, security/alarm, plumbing, electrical, water treatment, well or sump pump, pool, vacuum systems, AV, interior and exterior lighting, generator.
Provide ongoing day-to-day management of all service providers. Management of pre-existing service provider contracts. Referrals and assistance with selection of new service providers as required.
Immediate follow up and response to issues that have been noticed during routine inspections, and or reported to us by the homeowner.
Routine interior and exterior inspections with homeowners to ensure that timely action is taken to repair/upgrade any items requiring attention.
On-call staff and office administration will receive calls, emails, texts as required.
Detailed quarterly invoicing.
