To the All-Star Team,

Our movers have left and Beth & I are in our new home. We will be forever grateful to the team that literally helped us rise from the ashes. It started with Paul who we would not let off the hook because he gave us all the right advice, so we held on for dear life. He designed it perfectly. That lead us to H&Y and the Hoadley family and Jim Luzietti. We could not have imagined having such world class people and builders to help put our home back together. Jim and Tyler were the perfect team. Every day answering the bell to meet the deadline. Truly unheard of, especially in this environment. Of course Beth could not have made the countless, at times seemingly infinite, decisions without the wisdom, patience and positivity of Cathy and Toni. Their talent is on display and we are thrilled to be able to look at it and live with it. We cannot thank each of you enough for all of your collective efforts. You are truly the All-Star team and we thank our lucky stars that we had you on our side.

Thank you to both of you guys for all of the hard work you put into the CT Golf Club renovation. Everyone loves the completed job, and the renovated clubhouse looks tremendous. Even the small handful of members who opposed spending the money now agree that it was a great decision to do the work.

Needless to say, as a volunteer, trying to please 180 members (versus doing a job on your own home) is no easy task. But H&Y did a spectacular job and we are all very happy with the quality of the work. 

Between the grease traps, zoning, and handicap situations, we had a lot on our plate. But we did get it all solved. 

Anyway, I just wanted to wish you guys a great Christmas and thank you again for the job you did at CGC. If the occasion were ever to come up, I would be happy to recommend your firm to any client on behalf of the club. And certainly feel free to bring any prospective client to the club to inspect the work.

Best wishes guys and thanks for putting up with Sumner and me. That was no easy task.

Bill although I know we will be seeing you shortly - traffic permitting! - Tina and I did also want to 'go on the record' as to how happy we are with how the 'existing' house has turned out - actually, that is a complete understatement - we are absolutely delighted.

The quality of the work is and has been, outstanding and you delivered the house back to us on schedule and on budget - well done.

So please pass on our sincere thanks to all of your crew, particularly Jim, Neil and Todek as well as the 'real' key player Carrie ( we hope to meet her sometime).

Then there are the 'Subs' (I prefer to call them your partners ) - what a great group they are - again wonderful work quality and, just like your crew, delightful people to work with.

P.S. - one 'caveat' - because everyone has done such a great job and has been such a pleasure to work with, I plan to make absolutely certain that the 'punch list' is incredibly long, if not 'never-ending' !

Folks,

Got an opportunity to come home early today. I napped in the solarium,
finalized the track layout for the train room, threw the ball for Skyler
and generally wandered around the property, observing the house and grounds
from many angles. I am thankful to have such a great team to implement
Marian's vision for this shack and wanted to let you know how pleased I am
with where we ended up. This place is really special and a testament to the
team we were lucky enough to gather to bring the vision to reality. Bill,
hold your tongue, once we finalize the turf in 2 weeks, we will have a
soccer-playing, dad napping, friend hosting, shelter providing, home for the
record books! Bravo, everyone! Thanks for putting up with my petulance
and outbursts. We ended up in a great place from my perspective. Thank

I am writing this reference letter to introduce H&Y Construction as a General Contracting company. I have worked with Bill Hoadley and his team for over 12 years on a number of projects. They have ranged from small projects in just over a million dollars to large and complex multimillion-dollar construction.
