We are a General Contractor who traditionally builds custom residential homes. We can take your architect’s drawings and bring them to life, whether you have a blank canvas in the woods or are renovating an old farmhouse. H&Y will see your project through from the first shovel in the ground to handing you the keys.

Construction Management

H&Y will manage your project for a fixed price or cost plus fee structure, depending on the situation. We offer preconstruction services and can provide feedback and support to clients and architects with regard to budgets, schedules, value engineering, and means of methods of construction.
